What is the ceiling height?
The standard indoor ceiling height is approximately 7 ft 4 in at the center and 6 ft 7 in near the sloped outer edges. A higher-ceiling version is also available.
How are our folding houses and expandable homes transported?
Homes can be transported by truck, train or ship depending on location and site access. Our team coordinates the delivery logistics.
Can I customize the interior and exterior?

Do I need a foundation or concrete slab?
A full slab is not structurally required in every case. Homes may be placed on level, stable, load-bearing supports such as concrete blocks or piers, sonotube footings, or a compacted gravel pad. Local requirements vary, so confirm the accepted foundation with your building department or engineer.
